Operation Find a Smaller Stroller

Before I had Jackson I was obsessed with having the "best" stroller. I weighed the pros and cons of many including the Bugaboo Cameleon, Quinny Buzz, Teutonia, and Peg Perego Skate. I finally settled on the Peg Perego Skate for many reasons but a lot had to do with it's safety rating (we also bought their side-impact protection car seat), versatility, and handling. It converts from a bassinet to a toddler seat and your child can face towards or away from you. Plus the car seat snaps right into the frame without having to buy any special adapters.

That's great and all but unfortunately the dang thing won't fit into either of our trunks! Well it does, but only with a lot of grunting and sweating (and sometimes cussing!). Ugh! So I'm on the hunt for a smaller stroller that still has similar bells and whistles. Right now it's a toss-up between the Quinny Zapp and the Bugaboo Bee. The Zapp is awesome because it folds up compactly enough to fit in the overhead compartment of an airplane.

I like the Bee because it comes from the Bugaboo line and also folds up compactly.

The plan is to keep one stroller in the husband's trunk (probably the Skate because his is bigger) and one in mine. Then there's no switching back and forth (SO annoying!). Any suggestions? Does anyone have any experience with either stroller?

I definitely don't have any advice with strollers, but whenever we go somewhere these days, I ALWAYS find myself checking out everyone's strollers. It's a bit ridiculous! :)

P.S.- I have a Jackson too! :)
